1. How do I open a Real trading account?

To register for a live trading account visit our home page and click Open Real Account.

You will be prompted to fill your details into the relevant fields of our online registration form.

As soon as you register, you should receive an email with your platform and secured members area credentials where you can proceed to submit your documents to our back office for approval and fund your trading account.

2. What documents are required to open a Real account?

1. A valid passport, driver’s license, identity card or other official state ID.

2. A recent utility bill or a bank statement, dated within the last 3 months and confirming your registered address.

3. Copies of the front and the back of the credit/debit card(s) you are going to use to deposit ad withdraw (if applicable).

Your name, expiry date, last 4 digits and signature must be clearly visible.

We advise that you cover the first 12 digits of the card number and the 3 digit CVV code on the front and back side of the card respectively, before sending us the scans.

The KYC procedure (Know Your Client) works to your benefit, as account verification is a very important security measure.

5. Can I request change personal info?

If you need to change any data with which you initially registered, please send an email to and let us know which information changed.

6. How do I reset my account password? Or what if I forgot it?

Please go to My Account > Change Password

Alternatively, if you do not remember your password anymore, please select the Forgot Password option in the Member’s Area.

7. Can I open a Demo Account?

Withdrawal requests are being processed on a regular basis and take usually no more than 24 hours on our side.

You will then need to allow few to several banking days for the money to actually arrive on your card or bank account.

9. How long will it take for my withdrawal to actually arrive?

As soon your withdrawal request is processed by us you need to allow few to several banking days for the amount to reach your card or bank account, as they are international transfers.

The exact timeframe depends on the banks.

10. What’s the minimum withdrawal amount?

The minimum amount you can withdraw from your trading account is $10 via Visa or MasterCard and $100 through wire transfer.

4. What to do in case of a negative balance?

You are not liable or in debt to us in any way.

Should your account balance become negative we will cover the difference out of your Credit fund. Or, in absence of Credit, we’ll cover it from our own pocket.

5. How long can the position remain open?

There is no expiry date on an open order. As long as there are enough funds on your account to maintain the margin level, any profit and/or loss or swaps, your order will remain open.

1. How do I log into my account?

In the MT4 trading platform, please insert your username (account number) and password. Please pay attention to selecting the correct trading environment (Demo or Main).

2. What is the platform time?

The platform time is GMT+2. This time zone is 7 hours ahead of EST time and it cannot be changed, as it is default.

3. Can I use MT4 on my Mac computer?

Although it is optimized for Windows-based computers, the MT4 platform can be used on a Mac computer, as well, with the aid of certain software which can recreate a Windows environment.

1. Why do I encounter issues while installing the SIRIX Station?

Being a state-of-the-art platform, SIRIX Webtrader requires the latest .NET framework to be installed previously. You can download it from here: Microsoft.

2. Can I log into multiple accounts simultaneously?

Yes, you can with SIRIX Station. If you wish to log into a second account while having a previous one open on your PC, just open another instance of the SIRIX Station.

3. Will the Station sync with other SIRIX platforms?

Yes, it will sync with all the other SIRIX products we offer, such as the Webtrader, Mobile or Tablet.

4. Can I see specific instruments in my Rates window?

Yes, you can choose the instruments you most often trade in your Favourites list. They are automatically added there when you enable the star symbol in front of each instrument.

5. What’s the easiest way to place a Pending Order?

In SIRIX Station, you can simply right-click a certain rate level on the instrument’s chart and place a pending order to be triggered at that rate.

6. Who are the Top Ranked Masters?

The Top Ranked Masters window contains a list of the 10 top ranked traders who are worth following. The algorithm by which they are determined is calculated using the number of days since the account was opened, the annual trader profit and loss and their maximum drawdown.

7. When I get an error, what is the “Copy Error” good for?

By clicking on the “Copy Error” button, you can copy and later on contact our Support Team and paste that specific error text, so we will know how to better advise you.

8. What’s the difference between the traders I watch and those I copy?

When you are browsing a trader’s profile, by selecting the “Watch” option you will add that specific trader to the “Traders I Watch” list and passively keep up with their activity. However, the “Copy” option will enable you to copy that trader’s orders as they are placed.

9. The platform shows up too dark on some of my devices.

SIRIX Station has two visual themes, a Dark one and a Light one. In order to choose between them, simply go to Settings > Theme.

10. Can I add other indicators to SIRIX Station?

The Station comes with 30 built-in indicators which fit all our traders’ needs. If you wish to add third-party indicators or ExpertAdvisers, please note that addition is not possible at the moment.

ForexBrokerInc is unable to guarantee execution of orders on desired prices at all times, including but not limited to situations of high and limited market volatility or liquidity.

As a result execution of new, pending orders or stop-loss orders may not occur at the desired price because market conditions at times of limited liquidity such as minutes after a new trading week starts or minutes before the end of a trading week, or high market volatility, especially at times when important economic data are due to be released may make it impossible to execute these orders.

In such circumstances the order will be executed at the next available price due to slippage.

Unlike most other brokers, our technical and backoffice support is available 24/7.

7. What is slippage and why does it occur on your platform?

Slippage is a normal market condition.

It occurs at times of limited liquidity, or at times of high market volatility, especially around times when important data are due to be released or at market closing and/or opening minutes.
